The Band A-X-AMUN, started in 2016 and was established by the composer and singer/songwriter Khalid. He found his passion for music at a young age. He gave Industrial a new direction by combining electronic music with Egyptian Instruments. His first Album “Origin” was recorded in both English and German, and expressed grief, loss of loved ones by suicide and death, the struggle of living with p.t.s.d. and the feeling of not belonging to a group or nation due to his ethnic background (coming from an Egyptian family, with American roots and born in Germany). The singer adds a variety of vocal techniques, using both clean and distorted vocals. The Project was inspired by bands such as Hocico, Rob Zombie, Static-X, Combichrist and more.
