It features tracks from 3 PEEL SESSIONS, recorded in 1982 and 1983, in coincidence with their first two studio albums ‘Garlands’ and ‘Head over Heals’ (both 4AD).
The Scottish post-punk/ethereal/dreampop band around Elizabeth Fraser, Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde released 6 highly successful albums on 4AD (and 2 more on Fontana) and broke up in 1996.
