The duo Dear Deer from Lille was formed in 2015 by Claudine and Federico, and is an explosive blend of rugged post-punk, disco pulses, electro textures, and fierce stage energy. With three albums already under their belts (“Oh My”…, “Chew-Chew,” and the flamboyant “Collect and Reject”), they’ve forged a unique path where fuzz guitars blaze, bass pounding, and choruses grab the head and the body as much as they do. They also tour again and again around Europe and ~20 gigs are scheduled for the late 2025.
Dear Deer’s «Scifi» (EP) unfolds an atmosphere that is both luminous and unsettling, driven by visceral and sensual electro on the edge of the cosmos and the intimate. The sound oscillates between raw rhythmic power, hypnotic beats, and scintillating textures. Visually conceived as a play on contrasts - stellar radiance, brilliance, and latent anxiety.
