Sven Wolff and Stefan Leukert are permanent members of PATENBRIGADE: WOLFF, but one day they decided to create a separate project which is focused on more energetic, minimalistic, synth-pop oriented music with lyrics in German - and even with guitars! The new project was called FREUNDE DER TECHNIK (name borrowed from one of the songs of the “main” band PATENBRIGADE: WOLFF) and at the end of 2024 they released the third album "Multi Komplex" - but only in digital formats.
After many requests of collectors and other fans of physical media, Razgrom Music is now releasing a limited edition physical version of this album, which contains several exclusive tracks and remixes. "Multi Komplex" continues and develops the sound of its predecessor "Maximal Minimal", balancing between melodic electro-pop and rhythmic minimal-techno with elements of New Beat and EBM. And, of course, with a graceful nostalgic atmosphere of "Berlin retro-noir"!
