HINFORT is a brand-new project by German musician Florian Kerezovic, who is now releasing his absolutel AMAZING debut album! HINFORT is sure to quickly make a name for itself in the darkwave/post-punk scene, appealing to both long-time wave fans and a younger audience. The first concerts with well-known artists are scheduled for this year, and festival appearances across Europe are already confirmed for 2026.
The opener „Worry" begins like a previously unknown The Cure song, „What I've Done" is sure to get people moving in Clubs, and the title song „No Way Out" is beautifully atmospheric Wave. With „In Silence", there is even a song that could well attract attention beyond the scene. „Deadbeat" could have come straight from Escape With Romeo.
The highly catchy, yet never shallow, sound is ensured by the very „fresh" and modern production, which transports the sound of the 80s into the here and now and, despite the melancholic mood, never veers into the gloomy and whiny.
Somewhere between the best ingredients of Pink Turns Blue, with a touch of Diary Of Dreams and YOUNG & COLD veteran Adam Usi, too. If that's not a promising mix...
