The new An Hedonia project fresh from the ground is a wave of freshness in the landscape of electronic music, a pronounced and emotional female voice put in front on massive and hypnotic electronica grooves, not far from the Trentemøller sound of the Fiction album as well as the abrasive stuff of Recoil. An Hedonia is an unstoppable melodic and organic machine keeping all its originality with a strong personality in the so-called cold electronic music scene. Half of the songs are leaded by wonderful female vocals sometimes reminding Siouxsie.
Tha album was mixed and mastered by Rémy Pelleschi of MLADA FRONTA, as a result the sound design and production is of top quality, as we are used to for all of Mr Pelleschi’s studio skills.
M-Tronic is extremely proud of this release, just give it a listen and you will probably be convinced as much as the label, when first listening to this wonderful album! And… let’s not forget to mention the splendid artwork, adding a superb touch to this conceptual album.
