2nd VINYL version (after the long sold out 2019 edition on WHITE vinyl) of the band’s debut album from June 2016. This new edition comes in black and RED Vinyl, and is again limited to strictly 500 copies.
The debut release from Canadian Traitrs is a bleak journey that touches on the dark post-punk of The Cure and Bauhaus. The driving percussion, reminiscent of kindred spirit The Soft Moon, pushes these songs on top spidery guitar lines and heavy bass. The 7 tracks are a collection of propulsive, goth-influenced post-punk that immediately recalls acts like Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus and Pornography-era The Cure.
