"Looking for a Way out" is the third studio album by Dead Inside, a classic Italian gothic rock band, born from ashes of 90ies gothic act Thanatos.
It moves in a labyrinth of mind cages with elegant melancholy, exploring the irresistible charm of ruin suspended between dualistic contrast of light and darkness.
Main theme of prison of mind (Imaginary Prisons) interlaces to fatal admission of guilt by damned souls (Permanent Damnation), and the rust of resignation (To rust until the End) prevents morality to escape, trapped in fear that's nothing left to save (Looking for a Way out).
Pain, scars, seduction of death. The whole album is defined by percussion patterns of veteran drummer Gianfranco Righetti (also mastermind of Half Moon SDNR156), melancholic lyrics by Josef Serafini, and guest vocals by Francesca Nicoli (Ataraxia)
